Upon arrival in Nainital, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax after the long yet beautiful drive. Later in the evening, visit the revered Naina Devi Temple, located on the northern bank of Naini Lake, a sacred site that holds immense spiritual significance. Continue your evening by visiting Naini Lake, where you may enjoy a leisurely boat ride (at an additional cost) amidst mist-covered hills and shimmering waters. The calm and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect start to your mountain getaway. Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Nainital.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, get ready for a delightful day of exploring Nainital and its nearby attractions. Begin your day with a visit to the Eco Cave Garden, a fascinating network of interconnected caves and hanging gardens that showcase the wonders of nature and wildlife in a fun and educational way. Next, head to Snow View Point, one of the most popular viewpoints in Nainital, offering breathtaking vistas of the majestic snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Continue to Tiffin Top (Dorothy’s Seat), another panoramic viewpoint that provides a magnificent 360-degree view of Nainital and its surrounding hills. Later, you will explore the cluster of beautiful lakes around Nainital such as Bhimtal, Sattal, and Naukuchiatal, each with its own charm and serene beauty. These lakes offer opportunities for boating, birdwatching, and photography (activities on direct payment basis). As the day comes to an end, return to your hotel to relax and enjoy a peaceful evening amidst the cool mountain air. Overnight stay at the hotel in Nainital.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Binsar, a tranquil hill station located approximately 90 kilometers away (3–4 hours). The journey winds through picturesque landscapes and dense forests, offering a refreshing change of scenery. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Later, proceed to explore the natural and spiritual beauty of Binsar, beginning with a visit to the ancient Kasar Devi Temple, perched on a hilltop that offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.
